Jim Geracie:

Jim’s job is to list and sell properties, negotiate contracts, and prospect for new listings and buyers for his sellers' homes. Jim coordinates his efforts with the Jim Geracie Team in every aspect of getting our sellers’ homes sold, and finding the right homes and investments for our buyers.

Jim has been providing real estate services to families throughout southeastern Wisconsin since 1980. In 1992, Jim began hosting his popular talk radio show. " Milwaukee’s Talking Real Estate with Jim Geracie" on Radio 1130 News/Talk WISN. The program aired live on Saturdays at 2:00 p.m., with rebroadcasts at Noon Sundays for 11 straight years.

Jill Geracie:
 Licensed Agent / Office Administrator

Jill works with buyers & sellers as well as overseeing all phases of the office operations.  She handles a multitude of details from leading the support staff, to processing our listing, pending and closing files to ensure our clients receive the very best service possible.    

Leah Hill:
Administrative Assistant

Leah is in charge of administration and handles the multitude of details that are necessary to get our clients' transactions from Just Listed to Just Sold.

She orchestrates everything from call coordination and is in charge of the marketing team.  She makes sure all the details for our successful marketing plans are implemented with accuracy and precision.

Jessica Crouse:
Administrative Assistant

Jessica is over all support to the entire team.  She does everything with a smile from running errands to processing the mountain of paperwork generated from our files.
